Our R&D department has 8 designers, who are responsible for the design of artworks as well as the design of fabrics. In the early stage, designers determine several major topics/themes (about 10 topics/themes for each season) following the trends/patterns we want to develop for the coming season. After the topic/theme is decided, the designers will try out about 4-6 drafts for each topic/theme according to the plan and determine the fabric design ideas corresponding to the draft. After discussion, the R&D team decides the direction of fabric design then moves on to the development of artworks.

Once the final edition of artworks came out, the R&D team will arrange sampling and development. While the creation/artworks/sample is being shown to customers, designers will make an introduction and guidance of their inspiration to each customer.

After customers get inspiration from our creativity, some of them will do their design based on the original ones to make their unique recreation, copyrights of their recreation will be customers’ own. We developed thousands of products every year, two seasons a year (spring/summer, autumn/winter), approximately 500 products per season.
